You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Same day cancellations or no-shows may result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Whatever you are comfortable in! If you are booked for Thai Bodywork, we suggest wearing something loose that you can move freely in.

Yes, absolutely! All of our gift cards and packages have a code associated with them and can be shared with anyone you would like.

Expecting mothers are always welcome at SOLE BODY! We prefer to err on the side of caution and wait until after week 12. Please be sure to inform your therapist of any risk factors regarding your pregnancy. This service is not provided by all therapists, please contact us directly to schedule.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

There is free street parking on MLK and Alexander Ave. If you are ever in a pinch, there is guest parking in the Blockyard Garage for $2/hour.

At this time we do not accept insurance or HSA, but we are happy to provide an itemized receipt that can be submitted to insurance. (Check with your provider to see what is covered)
